Title Amendment was offered by Representative Moses: Page 1, lines 1 - 2: Delete "certain boroughs and unified municipalities" Insert "the Lake and Peninsula Borough" Representative Moses moved and asked unanimous consent that the Title Amendment be adopted. And so, HB 259(title am) passed the House. Representative Phillips moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
